EMDR INCENTIVES

EMDR Intensives offer a focused, extended format of trauma treatment designed to accomplish months of work in a shorter period of time. Intensives are especially helpful for clients who want meaningful change without committing to weekly therapy or who need concentrated support for specific traumatic experiences.

EMDR Intensives include:

• Clinical preparation and case conceptualization

• Extended EMDR processing time

• Breaks and nervous system regulation

• Integration and grounding support

• Optional follow-up planning

Because of the depth and intensity of this work, EMDR Intensives are offered selectively and require an initial consultation to determine appropriateness.

Half-Day EMDR Intensive (3 hours)

Best suited for:

• Single-incident trauma

• Acute stress responses

• Specific triggering events

• Performance, medical, or professional trauma

COST = $825

Full-Day EMDR Intensive (5 hours)

Best suited for:

• Complex or layered trauma

• Clients traveling from out of town

• Individuals seeking accelerated trauma resolution

• Those unable to engage in weekly therapy

COST = $1500

​

Integration & Follow-Up Session (60 minutes)

​

Integration sessions support stabilization, meaning-making, and nervous system regulation following EMDR processing or an intensive.

COST = $250

Important Notes

• EMDR services are private pay and not billable to insurance.

• EMDR Intensives are not appropriate for everyone; medical and mental health stability is required.

• A brief consultation is required before scheduling an intensive.
